Jai Dhillon passes another exam

Jai Dillon

We’re delighted to share more good news from the Kellands Bristol team — Jai Dhillon has passed the R04 Pensions and Retirement Planning exam, one of the core units within the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.

This latest success marks another significant milestone in Jai’s journey towards becoming a fully qualified financial planner.

The R04 exam is a key component of the CII Diploma, covering the complex world of pensions and retirement planning. It tests candidates on a broad range of topics, including the tax and legal frameworks surrounding pension schemes, the options available when drawing retirement benefits, and the strategies that support effective long‑term planning.

It’s a challenging assessment that demands a strong grasp of taxation, investment, protection, estate planning and regulation — and Jai has risen to the challenge once again.

Since joining Kellands Bristol in July 2024, Jai has shown real commitment to his professional development, building an impressive track record of exam passes in a short space of time. This latest achievement takes him another step closer to his long‑term goal of becoming a qualified financial planner.

Congratulations, Jai — a fantastic achievement and very well deserved.
