Damien joined Kellands in 2019. Starting in a compliance role, he has progressed to advising and is now dedicated to providing comprehensive and personalised financial planning solutions to clients. Holding the Diploma in Financial Planning through the LIBF, Damien combines technical expertise with a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.

With a strong focus on holistic financial planning, Damien works closely with clients to understand their unique needs, offering tailored advice that addresses every aspect of their financial life. His approachable and communicative style ensures clients feel informed and confident in their financial decisions.

Outside of work, Damien is an avid football fan and enjoys spending quality time with his young family, which keeps him on his toes and adds a sense of balance to his busy life.
