Aaron is a Chartered Financial Planner and a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society, the highest qualifications in the Financial Services industry. He has a strong academic background, having graduated top of his class with a first-class honours degree in Accounting and Management from the University of Kent.

Aaron started his career at a platform provider, gaining valuable insights into the technical aspects of the technology that underpins Financial Services. At the same time, he started his industry qualifications and journey to become a Chartered Financial Planner and a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society.

After 18 months in this position, Aaron took the next step in his career as a Trainee Paraplanner. The new role involved working for two different Financial Planning firms simultaneously. He took on a wide range of planning responsibilities for a diverse range of people, from high-net-worth early-stage planning to long-term care and inheritance tax mitigation.

Aaron Joined Kellands in 2019 as a Senior Paraplanner, a role which quickly progressed to a Chartered Financial Planner in 2020. Aaron continued his studies and achieved his goal of becoming a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society in 2021, a feat that only a handful of people had achieved at his age.

Due to his refined technical knowledge, varied education and experience, Aaron specialises in the more complex and advanced aspects of financial planning. He enjoys working with high-net-worth individuals and families, helping them navigate the opportunities and challenges they face in a dynamic and uncertain environment. Aaron uses the latest financial planning technology to create detailed long-term financial plans focusing on his client’s goals and priorities.

Aaron enjoys travelling and exploring new places, cultures, and cuisines. His most recent adventure was a city-hopping tour across Croatia, and he hopes to get to Asia soon. Closer to home, he will often be found cooking delicious food for his friends and sampling different craft beers across Bristol. To keep fit, Aaron enjoys weightlifting and a good game of squash; he partakes in casual tournaments among his friendship group.

Aaron is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) and the Personal Finance Society (PFS).
